Do I need to install anything?
No. If you have Telegram, you are ready. Just open the bot and type. There is nothing to download or set up.
How do I get access?
TutorAdmin uses invite codes during early access. Click "Get Your Invite Code" and you will receive one within 24 hours.
How do I log a session?
Type naturally, like "John 1 hour" or "Sarah class". The bot confirms before saving, so you cannot accidentally log the wrong thing.
What if I teach students in different currencies?
Each student has their own currency and rate. You can bill one student in USD and another in EUR, and invoices generate correctly for each.
Can I log a session for a date in the past?
Yes. Add the date to your message, like "John 1 hour yesterday" or "Sarah class 2nd June".
What if I make a mistake?
You can delete the last attendance entry with /undo. For older mistakes, contact support.
What do the invoices look like?
Clean PDF invoices with your business name, contact email, session breakdown, and payment details such as PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
Can parents pay directly through the dashboard?
Not yet. The parent dashboard is read-only right now. Add your payment link to the invoice and parents pay through that.
Will invoices show my PayPal or Wise link?
Yes. Whatever payment details you enter in your setup page appear on every invoice automatically.
What can parents see?
A read-only page showing their child's sessions for any month: date, session type, hours, and amount. It updates in real time.
Can parents edit anything?
No. The dashboard link is strictly read-only. Parents can see their own child's records, but they cannot change anything.
Is the parent link permanent?
Yes. The same link works every month, so parents can bookmark it once and check it whenever they want.
Where is my data stored?
In a secure, hosted PostgreSQL database. Each tutor's data is isolated, so you can never see another tutor's students or records.
Can anyone else see my students' data?
No. Only you and the parents you specifically share a dashboard link with can see student records. Parents can only see their own child.
What happens if I stop using it?
Request deletion and all of your data will be removed within 30 days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 30 days free with full access from day one, and no credit card is required.
What happens after the trial?
You will be prompted to subscribe for $15/month. If you do not, your account is paused but your data is kept safe for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. After the trial, your account is $15/month unless you choose not to subscribe.
